How to have baby face skin

  1. Eat Healthy food
  2. Sleep enough at leat 7-8 hours a day
  3. Drink enough at leat 1.5-2 litres a day
  4. Maintain good mood all day
  5. Moisturise the skin with natural skin care
  6. Exerice at least 30 minutes a day and 3 days a week
  7. Don't  sleep late later than 11.00 PM
  8. Apply sunscreen everyday when getting out.
