How to
1. Apply basic nail color such as pink, orange, black, white, brown on nail, until drying,
2. Apply JURNESS 3 D matte nail color on top with 1 coat and wait until dry about 1-2 minute ( 2 layers 3 D applying is possible by letting 1 layer dry and apply another layer)
